What is a .pam file?
Portable Arbitrary Map is an image format developed by Netpbm project, first released in 2000. It is usually created by Netpbm, image-processing scripts.
Adds explicit WIDTH, HEIGHT, DEPTH and TUPLTYPE header lines to the Netpbm family, so alpha channels and any number of channels fit.

Is it safe to open a .pam file online?
