Blu-ray PGS Subtitles is a subtitle format developed by Blu-ray Disc Association, first released in 2006. It is usually created by Blu-ray rips, MKVToolNix.
Presentation Graphic Stream subtitles are bitmaps, not text — converting them to SRT needs OCR.
