KeePass 2 Database is a certificate and key format developed by Dominik Reichl, first released in 2009. It is usually created by KeePass, KeePassXC, Strongbox.
Encrypted end-to-end with AES or ChaCha20. Nothing inside is readable without the master key — exactly as it should be.
