GnuPG Encrypted File is a certificate and key format developed by GNU Project, first released in 1999. It is usually created by GnuPG, Kleopatra, Thunderbird.
OpenPGP packets. Without the recipient's private key, only packet metadata such as key IDs is visible — by design.
