What is a .apng file?
Animated PNG is an image format developed by Mozilla, first released in 2004. It is usually created by Mozilla tooling, sticker exporters.
A PNG with extra acTL/fcTL chunks. Decoders that ignore those chunks show only the first frame, which is why APNGs sometimes look static.
